It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA. Haven Solutionz is conformant with WCAG 2.1 level AA. Conformant means that the content conforms to the accessibility standard.

Additional accessibility considerations

We have designed this website for it to be navigated easily by as many people as possible including people with disability. We used simple English for easy understanding, provided alternative text and description to all images. Users of this website should be able to zoom in up to 300% without any problem, navigate all the pages of the website using just keyboard, or screen reader.

For additional support and inclusion, we deployed an accessible widget that is available 24 hours to assist anyone with disability to navigate through each page, increase or decrease text and change the contrast however they wish.

We also implement an invisible Call Now button which users with screen reader can access at any time and we use automated audit tools at intervals to run a check on this website to identify areas that may need an immediate accessibility issues and address it at once.

  1. : All headings may not be in hierarchical order because . Of the design and presentation of contents initially during development of this website however, we work continuously to improve this website for inclusion purposes and hope to get this fixed latest by end of 2022. .
  2. : The static display image colour contrast on each page and third party application on this website are not fully compliant to minimum contrast set out for WCAG AA because . As we do not have control over third party application, rather what we have done to solve this few contrast compliant issues, was to deploy an accessibility widget which makes all the pages of this website with contrast issues meet the minimum contrast set out for WCAG AA. .

We continue to improve this website and our accessibility effort. Nevertheless, we implemented an invisible Call Now button where users with screen readers can call easily in case they need any help. We also deployed an accessibility widget at every page of this website to help disabled people navigate and find any information they may need with ease.
